3. 描述事物的发展趋势时,用一般将来时。

8. Reference Methods
This paper cites a lot of literature.
E.g. 1) To handle problems of allocation, various incentive schemes have been presented [27–30]. The so-called ‘Groves Scheme’ was originally developed by Vickrey [31], Clarke [32] and Groves [33], who explore the allocation of public inputs. The mechanism was transferred by Groves [34] and Groves and Loeb [35] to solve budgeting problems in divisionalized firms. In this context, its application is still under discussion [36–43].
2) All models listed in the table are statics, with a single exception: a dynamic (d) model developed by Kunz and Pfeiffer [40]. The underlying data can be deterministic—as in most of the models—as well as stochastic[36, 38, 43, 45, and 47]. Some of the models include the so-called effort of the divisions manager. The effort comprises the job performance of the divisions manager in particular [36, 38, 39, 41, 43, 45, 46].
9. My acquirement after analyzing this academic paper
I have read some Engish academic papers which trend to my research field before, but I seldom analyzed the papers’ writing style seriously. This time, through reading this academic paper and studying it carefully, I obtain a lot, as it not only enriches my knowledge, but also taught me how to write an English academic paper.
Firstly, I think the outline of the paper is very important, as a good outline makes the paper looks more logic and reasonable. So before our writing, we should consider how to organize the paper’s outline carefully, and then we can follow the outline to write the paper. In addition, in the process of writing, we must consifer how to develop each paragraph. There are many ways to develop a paragraph, such as example, time, space, cause and effect, classification and generalization and so on.
Secondly, we can use a variety of sentence forms to keep the reader's interest and express the varied thoughts and relationship in your mind. For example, wend, but, or, nor, yet, for, so; And we can also link two related sentences to each other with connectors like after, although, as, because, even if, that, though, until, when, where, wherever, whether, etc, so that one carries the main idea and the other is no longer a complete sentence (subordination).
Last but not least, there are many differences between the academic writing and colloquial expression. Relative to spoken or literal “Phrase Verbs” used in informal writing, academic writing usually uses technical “Latin Verbs”, such as rapid instead of quick, remark instead of say, obtain instead of get, approximately instead of about, depress instead of push down, absord instead of take in, etc.
In a brief, I benefit a lot from the academic paper analyzing, and I will try my best for my future study.
